The association works on the further development, advancement and preparation of the business process management maturity model eden. Therewith, the association and its members directly support the further development of the management method business process management.
Board of Directors
The complimentary working board of directors consists of max. five officers elected by the members in a general meeting. They all have the task to stear the association in the tenor of its members, to develop and implement the strategic alignment of the association and the maturity degree model and to lead the commercial operations of the association.
