About us

The topic of maturity models and its application for the assessment of process management is gaining importance. The BPM-Club-Team “Business Process Excellence” which consist of a wide range of process managers and process manager experts from well-known companies have dealt with this topic and developed an own maturity model, contemplated as model “EDEN”.
Already existing, and in some of the businesses used models as well as the experiences of the participants served as a basis for this model. Consequently, operators instead of consultants were in charge of the development of the model “EDEN”.

On January 8th 2009 the results of the BPM Club Team were handed over to the newly founded association “BPM-Maturity-Model EDEN e.V.. The association will continue the activities of the working team.

The main duty of the association is to refine the already existing and in practice approved model EDEN and to develop an infrastructure to gain access to the market for the maturity model EDEN.
